California vs. Michigan
In California you don’t get a ticket for going 84 mph on the freeway. But in California the cop probably wouldn’t be a really nice guy who drops the ticket from 15+ over the speed limit (a 2 point penalty) to 5 over the speed limit (a 0 point penalty).
